By Lauren Pope Collection! InTheStyle.co.uk #ItsByLP

Hi readers, I've missed you oh so much! I've moved house in the last couple of weeks & re-located my office space & work so everything has been hectic, hectic, hectic! I'm not complaining though as I feel like this year I've really been able to live my dream & I know that it's onwards & upwards from here!

A few weeks ago I was invited to the amazing launch party for Lauren Popes new collection with inthestyle.co.uk so I was so excited to take lots of pics so I could blog about the fabulous day! I'm a big fan of Lauren's style & TOWIE so it was a pleasure to meet her in the flesh & my goodness, she is gorgeous!

When I first arrived at the Sanctum Soho hotel it was absolutely stunning! I went upstairs to the event which was on the rooftop of the hotel & it literally felt like I was in an exotic destination! The sun was shining, luckily! & we also got to try some exotic fruit that was shipped from Thailand! Now I'm not talking about your bog standard granny smith apple, I'm talking Dragon Fruit, Lychee & other fruits I could never pronounce! So that was something fun & interactive that everyone got to do! We also had a few cocktails & chatted while we waited for Lauren to arrive! Once she did it was a pleasure to meet her, she talked with all the bloggers there, took pics with us & was just a complete darling! We then watched the catwalk show for the new collection which was fabulous! All the items had a beautiful summery theme. There were a lot of pastel colours & of course loads of co-ord sets which Lauren has clearly been loving at the moment! Everything was super feminine & girly but she also incorporated women's tailoring into the collection! There were a few suit pieces which I'm completely obsessed with, Lydia Bright arrived in the pastel blue trouser & blazer suit & of course she looked fab in it!

Here's some pics I took on the day!

Eclectic Eccentricity - FOR THE GIRL WHO IS INQUISITIVE OF HEART AND INQUIRING OF MIND.

Hi Lovelies! I'm writing this with a big smile on my face because I'm sitting in the garden with the sun beaming down on me & it feels great! If I close my eyes I can imagine being somewhere tropical like Hawaii but its a big disappointment once I open them & all I can see around me is my over grown garden bushes! I desperately need to travel somewhere nice soon, my mum is looking into cruises for next year so that would be beautiful if we decide to do that, I'll keep you updated!

All this heat has made me pull out my summer dresses that I haven't even looked at for ages! I think we are going to have a really long summer & I'm so excited because its about time we saw some heat!

The dress I'm wearing is from a car boot sale & I've been dying to wear it! I loved the leopard detail on the dress so I decided to pair it with my leopard heels from www.everything5pounds.com
I also discovered an incredible jewellery company that I am totally obsessed with! Most of the jewellery I wear on my blog is very 'Statementy' & heavy because that's my style! But when I came across www.eclecticeccentricity.bigcartel.com I was completely IN LOVE with practically every piece from their collection! It's so different to what I usually wear but I love their attention to detail & the vintage twist in their pieces! It's super feminine & I'm slightly obsessed with them at the minute! I've got two stunning items so far & I'm planning on expanding my collection very soon!

Printed Summer Dress - £4 - Bedfordshire Car Boot Sale
Leopard Platform Heels - £5 - www.everything5pounds.com
Gold Chain Handbag - This was a gift & I'm not cheeky enough to ask the price!
Gold Chain Belt - £3 - H&M sale
'Winging My Way Back To You' Necklace - £18.50 - Eclectic Eccentricity Click Here!

Here is a little sneak peak of my other item from www.eclecticeccentricity.bigcartel.com that will be featured on my blog soon! It's the stunning Phebe Vintage Opal Head Chain How cute is the packaging? So tell me ladies... Have you got any Eclectic Eccentricity jewellery? Please let me know what you are loving from their site as I think they have helped me to change my style of jewellery slightly, all of a sudden I'm yearning for simple, detailed feminine pieces! Instead of chunky oversized gold!

See you all again soon for more fab fashion posts! Tweet me, I wanna hear from you!

ZIG-a-zig-ah

Hiya! I hope my UK readers are enjoying the warmer? Maybe I should take that back because one day its completely bucketing with rain & the next day it's boiling, like today! So I suppose when you see the sun you have to enjoy it while it lasts & that's exactly what I did today! I had a little look through my wardrobe & decided to wear something that screamed summer & I went for my red jersey which I love! I've got quite a few basketball style tops but I think this is my fave because of the length & colour! When it get's even hotter maybe I can wear it as a dress? or am I pushing it? Ok, perhaps with some shorts then!

Today I felt like wearing my amazing skinny jeans that I wore to Manchester Fashion Week! I always find it difficult to find jeans that fit perfectly but these are definately my favourite pair, if I could wear them everyday then I would! Perhaps I'll buy a few pairs so I can do that! I tried on fake nails today for the FIRST time in my whole life! I'm so not into the fake nail thing, I just find it pretty annoying & time consuming, so grabbing some quick stick on nails seemed like a fun thing to try! I think it was mainly the zig zag pattern that drew me towards them! I love bold patterns so in the end I bought 3 packs with 3 different designs! I know, 3 packs! I just threw myself right into the fake nail world! The first few hours were extremely embarrassing... it took me about 3 minutes to get some money out of my purse whilst the lady at the Tesco tills thought it was just hilarious! I couldn't text, I could barely do my hair & infact I asked my 9 year old brother to help me! Yep I know, I ought to be ashamed to call myself a female!

Red Jersey - £6 - london market - Similar Here!
Shredded Skinny Jeans - £22.99 - Blue Inc. Click Here!
Zebra Print Heels - £10 - Primark - Similar Here!
Chunky Statement Necklace - ZARA - Sold Out
Zig Zag Nails - £1 - Primark Beauty (Absolute Bargain!)

I think I need to get a few summer dresses & embrace the warmer weather fully! I must admit though, deep down I'm most definitely NOT a dress girl & certainly not a fake nail girl! I was a tomboy when I was younger & only started wearing dresses & skirts when I was 16! I literally hated my legs but as you get older you learn to be grateful with what you have & just generally become more confident in your own skin! So I will be showing a bit more leg in my up coming posts! Ohh la la... But deep down, I'm a still a tomboy at heart! I actually love baggy clothes & jeans! I also have been known to shop in the men's section more than once!

So let me know what your looking forward to this summer! I'm looking forward to getting a few pairs of denim shorts which is literally so out of character for me! I NEVER wear shorts, its just a big NO NO for me but like I said, It's good to be comfortable & happy with yourself. Most of us would love to change something! Some of us want to be thinner, or have bigger boobs or smaller boobs in my case! Some of us want longer hair or longer legs but this year I've decided that I don't want anything different to what I've already been given!

Let's make a promise to ourselves ladies, let's love who we are, fully!

I've been re-vamped!

Hello my amazing readers, hope your all feeling fabulous & loving my new fresh look for the blog! It's so fresh & clean & thats exactly what I wanted so I hope you like it! It was done by a fabulous company 'pipdig' who were an absolute pleasure to work with! Any of my fellow bloggers who want a re-vamp I would definately reccomend this company! I was really worried at first because when you work with people online it can be scary as you dont know them & you just have to hope they give you a good service but right from the get go, I saw how proffessional they were & the whole process was amazing! Check them out here: www.pipdig.co/

I have been busy on such an amazing project that I've been dying to tell you about. If you've followed me for a while then you may remember a time when I was doing Ebay? Well that was a wonderful learning curve for me but I realised it wasn't the best platform for Fashion&Tingz online store as I wanted to go into high fashion & had a different vision. I wanted to offer exclusive clothing that was very glamorous & along with my mum we decided to expand Fashion&Tingz into its own online boutique! It has taken a lot of hard work but every second has been worth it! At the moment we only offer UK shipping but we will be expanding into Europe & eventually Worldwide in the near future!

So all of my amazing readers please go and check it out! www.fashionandtingz.com  I will also be offering an exclusive discount code just for my readers! So if you would like to make a purchase please email me at fashionandting@gmail.com and I will reply with an exclusive 15% discount code. It's my way of saying thank you for all of your incredible support!

Here are some of my favourite pieces from the store:

So those are just a few of my faves. I hope you love them too! But wait, this post isn't over... I still have to tell you about one last thing... MANCHESTER FASHION WEEK! After launching www.fashionandtingz.com My mum & I were invited to MANCHESTER FASHION WEEK which was AMAY to the ZING! (amazing!!!!!) SUMMER TIME! & the living is easy...

YAY YAY YAY! It's here, its here! Summer!!! Hello summer, long time no see. I'm so glad we could finally meet again! I was in such a good mood today when I looked out my window and was blinded by the sun! In fact, my mood was so great I actually decided to do something random and go to a wedding fair. Yep, a wedding fair! & then while I was there I thought it would be a great idea to take some photos for this weeks blog post!

Of course my outfit was inspired by the sun, I decided to put on this super bright outfit that I've had for over a year but never worn! Today seemed like the perfect day! The skirt and top is from www.boohoo.com and the shoes are from www.forever21.com

Skirts and crop tops are such a cute girly look and the neon skirt and heels just made me fall in love with this outfit! The material of the skirt is amazing, its really thick and pleated so it has a lot of volume and I love it!

Oversized & Fabulous!

I've noticed the weather in the UK is getting slightly warmer! I don't want to get too excited though because us Brits know that whenever we get our cute little summer dresses out with excitement the weather plays a joke on us and we get soaked with rain! So I'm still sticking with my winter wardrobe for now! I decided to pull out this stunning vintage coat I bought years ago! It's actually a men's coat and it is ridiculously HUGE on me but I cant help but LOVE IT!!!! When I tried it on in 'Noahs Ark' charity shop I got a few strange stares! The first reason they were staring is because I walked over to the men's section & the second reason was because I put on this coat and I looked pretty hilarious in it! I was wearing converses and jeans at the time so the coat was basically dragging on the floor and the arms were hanging off my wrists!
HOWEVER, I do have a few tips on how to transform something huge & shapeless, I DO IT ALL THE TIME!
1. Roll up the sleeves! It immediately adds a very cool & relaxed approach to your outfit! & nobody will be able to tell its too big!
2. Add some killer heels! Heels spice up any outfit & usually gives us girls confidence! So put those heels on and stand tall ladies!
3. Add a statement broach! Broaches look incredible with a vintage coat! & they make your outfit look so expensive when really, it isn't!
So that's what I do when I find a coat in the men's section that I just cant live without! Vintage shopping is all about seeing the potential in an item. At first it may look drab but just be creative and see what you can transform it into! Don't be afraid to shop in the mens section, I'm always buying menswear... coats, shirts, jumpers... who actually cares! Fashion is for everyone and if I like something I will buy it regardless of who it was initially targeted for! So ladies, get in your boyfriend closets and see what you can take! Just see it as a gift to yourself for all those times he made you sit and watch football instead of your favourite reality show!
Vintage Men's Coat - £15 - Noah's Ark Charity Shop in Luton (High Town Road)
Gold & Black Trousers - £5 - Primark (Sale)
Black Chiffon Shirt - £5 - £7 - Primark
Black Heeled Shoes - £15 - Primark
Lion Head Broach - £4 - Claire's Accessories
So I want to know about any amazing vintage pieces you have bought and let me know where you got it from... I'm always looking for new places to shop! Don't forget, if you read my blog follow me on instagram & twitter too! @fashionandtingz

I'm in such a good mood today, well I'm always in a good mood but today I just cant stop smiling! I went to my favourite vintage thrift shop and took part in a photoshoot for their website! I was just helping out with the models but I ended up getting thrown into the mix to do some modelling also! I've been posting quite a few vintage peices recently and I usually get lucky finding them from carboot sales, charity shops, markets and the odd vintage shop but 'CREDIT CRUNCHERS' is probably the best vintage shop ive ever been too.
